Tim Perevertaylo transformed our retirement home into our dream home! We wanted to do a massive remodel to tear down the walls and open up our old 90s home. They expertly tore down walls and replaced them with beams, and even added additional square footage by removing and rebuilding an exterior wall and reframed the roof to make more room for the kitchen and living room. They installed a completely custom kitchen complete with a massive 18′ kitchen island that anchored the kitchen and opened into the living room. When he was done, the results were simply stunning. They turned an old 90s home with a tiny gallery kitchen and hallways everywhere into a beautiful, open dream home! We couldn’t have been happier. Throughout the remodel, Tim was the consummate professional throughout the remodel and his work was exceptional. He also always made sure the job was done right the first time and he kept the job site exceptionally clean. We had such a great experience with Tim, that by the time he was done he had become a part of our family. As for our family, Tim is the only guy I want working on our home.
