Yuriy Kolesnikov

Yuriy Kolesnikov

Since the year of 2002, Yuriy has acquired extensive experience in several areas of commercial and residential construction. He has managed renovations, full ground-up building projects, interior and exterior buildouts, foundation and concrete related projects. Building a legacy to share with his family meant to not only support physical rebuild projects for his community but Yuriy was called to help rebuild the emotional parts of his community as well. Yuriy is the founder and senior pastor of Life Change Center in San Antonio Texas. This organization is a healing and restoration center for emotional and subsequent drug use trauma. It is an 18 month program available to everyone who wants the opportunity and support to reset their lives through sobriety. Yuriy is a husband and father to six children. He spends his free time connecting with his family and community, spend much of his time outdoors. Yuriy stands firm behind the physical quality of his work and ongoing intention to serve individuals who have the chosen the path of healing.


Sergiy Tsymbalyuk

Sergiy has been involved and working alongside Yuriy since the very earliest custom home projects built in South Lake Tahoe, Ca. Taking on remodeling and new construction projects in a historically expensive and geographically challenging area shaped their reconstruction efforts to be creative and highly organized.


Tim Perevertaylo

Tim Perevertaylo

Tim has worked in partnership with Yuiry Vlad and Sergiv specializing in custom homebuilding and renovation projects originally in Sacramento and Lake Tahoe California. His applications and knowledge of construction employed his expertise into public works projects in the Bay Area including The Richmond Tunnel in 2013. Tim oversees our board-up and emergency services department as a site supervisor. He is a father of three and spends his time traveling with his family. His wife and children are active members of the family’s Life Change Centers here is San Antonio as well as parts of Mexico and Panama.


Vladimir Ulyanov

Vladimir Ulyanov

Vladimir has worked extensively in residential construction since 2001. His specialties include granite fabrication and carpentry. He is a highly organized entrepreneur successfully running VI Express Delivery service for many years and has close to a decade of trucking experience. He is a father of 6, devoted husband and a pastor at for the God Will Provide mission church in San Antonio.


Natalya Vasyakin

Natalya Vasyakin

Natalya serves as our operations manager for our team. She has extensive experience managing logistics and business administrative duties in the medical field. She is a mom of seven and enjoys her involvement in the company’s philanthropic mission church God Will Provide.


Diana Barraza

Diana Barraza

Diana is our head of finance and has over 30 years of accounting experience both as a working professional and teacher. She holds an MBA and worked as a professor for five years before marrying her husband and starting a family here in San Antonio. She is a mother of three boys and plans family trips to Aspen as her boys are avid skiers and enjoys the hunt to find best BBQ here in San Antonio.


Anita Ruiz

Anita Ruiz

Anita has managed fire claims in 3 different states spanning through the last 5 years. As a loss coordinator she is on-site delivering crucial information and resources for the first few days following a fire loss. A specifically knowledgeable community liaison to help deliver all the information necessary to make the right choices after a fire is a vital role. Honesty, empathy and ongoing support from an experienced professional remains a top priority for Anita at every stage of the claims process. Anita takes time out of work planning travel with her daughter and managing her property investments throughout Texas.


Amber Pastor

Amber Pastor

Amber has managed her career as a loss consultant as Anita’s right hand for the last 3 years. Together Anita and Amber prioritize education and transparency managing the needs and next steps when a house fire occurs. She started as marketing representative for a fabric restoration company in 2008 and gradually progressed into a first responder for independent contractors in California, Oregon, Washington and most recently Texas. She takes time outside of work listening to as much live jazz as she can find and discovering the next beautiful trailhead as avid long distance runner.
